Strategic creative agency, Southpaw, has promoted Claire Lambell, to the position of Business Director.
Lambell, who joined the creative agency as an Account Manager in 2009, becomes part of the Southpaw leadership team, tasked with building long term relationships for all clients and delivering high impact emotive creative through the agency’s neuro and behavioural science strategic capabilities.
Having worked on key accounts for Southpaw including Honda, Suzuki, Eurotunnel Le Shuttle, Brown-Forman and PZ Cussons, she brings a wealth of marketing knowledge from multi-channel to content to digital and CRM. Lambell, has also recently led the successful global pitch for the Brown-Forman Scotch portfolio, and will be tasked with expanding the Brown-Forman relationship globally as well as continuing to lead the Honda business within Europe.
Southpaw are proud of the female / male ratio of talent in the agency, with 58% female employees. Southpaw offer flexible working and are particularly supportive of mums returning to the agency after having children or have joined the agency after having children.
